Stratos halves proposed Utah AI campus footprint; permits still ahead

Stratos reduced the land associated with its proposed hyperscale AI campus in Box Elder County from about 40,000 acres to about 20,000 acres after public opposition and pressure from Utah Senate President Stuart Adams. Reporting places MIDA project-area incentives on April 24 and county backing on May 4; construction, air, and water permits remain ahead.
