Nvidia and SK Group Announce AI Infrastructure Initiative Valued Above $500 Billion

On July 24, 2026, SK Group and Nvidia announced plans for a $500-billion-plus partnership to build AI infrastructure and secure next-generation AI memory. Official materials say the sides signed letters of intent covering AI factory construction and memory supply, including an SK Telecom plan for a 2-gigawatt-scale NVIDIA Vera Rubin DSX AI factory powered by SK hynix HBM4, with the first AI factory planned to come online in 2027.
